We had activities EVERY day this weekend and it was a great, family-fulfilled Memorial Weekend. We enjoyed the Yard Dawgz game in which Jada finally got the chance to attend a "flipball" game. As well as now each girl has a touchdown ball.
Jada and her ball on our way home.
Jazlyn was scared of the dog but Jada was SUPER excited LOL and D popped in actin just like his daddy bein in the background of every picture with a big cheesy grin.
All in all the Yard Dawgz game was tons of fun.
Now onto our next adventure of the weekend: Oklahoma City Zoo
This was the biggest mistake of the day (other than thinking they closed at 5 when they closed at 8) We got them pushups as it was sooo hot. Pushups = MESS

The girls were thrilled we got this close to a lil family of ducks.
The Gorillas are my FAVORITE part of the Zoo. I could sit and watch them ALL day long.
This was on our way into the Zoo however, we didn't get there until 3:30 and I thought they closed at 5. Already annoyed we didn't have much time, we ran around like chickens with our heads cut off, sweating out any liquid we had just trying to see the main animals we wanted to see. We saw the Gorillas, the Aquariam and whatever was on our way to those two exhibits. After rushing back to the gate I noticed people were just walking into the Zoo and it was after 5. I asked the man if they didn't close at 5 and he said no 8!!!!! OMG we were EXHAUSTED by now so we purchased Tram tickets and rode the tram to see the rest of the Zoo and I didn't take any pictures. Fun times! The rest of the weekend consisted of bbq'n on my grill for the first time on Sunday and then we were planned to attend the Jazz Festival. However, due to the extreme heat and exercise we encountered Saturday at the Zoo we all had an unexpectedly 3 hour long nap. Monday was our lazy, laundry, clean up and water day at Tanyas NEW house.
